To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. For example, car seats, diapers, swim diapers, nursing pumps, nursing pads, and other personal items cannot be returned.
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Also, please let us know if you would like an alternate product or store credit for future use.
Defective products are usually covered under individual manufacturer warranties. Please contact the manufacturer using their toll-free number and have your receipt and product information ready. If you need further assistance with a problem, please call us at 519-638-5955.
If we are unable to fulfill your order because we are sold out of a product, we will provide a full refund for that item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
